Analysis of Forest of the stag

Heather Lydia Thornhill 1981 (Manchester)

Swaying stag as the sunset leaves
You rise on two legs
And feed in the breeze
Bathing like a swallow
Before following the roe
Skipping and grazing
Wherever you go
You are papered
By the hollow
Bellowing on the wind
The storm rages for your eyes
To be always within their minds
Your mysteries rise on the mist
Reaching galaxies
Powdered powerful fist
Yet gently leaping grace
Enchanting key held tight
