Analysis of Call Me Annon

I do not seek
identity
with other men.
I am
who I am
me
not just anyone.
I do not need
bespoke works
signed by bespoke artists
another Banksy
been there done that
painted many walls.
I am me
who I want to be
just a human
a dot in humanity's sea.
At least I sit well
with my fellow man,
I am content within
well to a degree
what do I want
most likely of no use to me.
Wealth power
can screw up your mind
make the owner
think they are above others
become compassion blind.
I need no baggage
disrupted by self
just be normal
is quite enough,
if that is all I need
then call me Annon
I will be quite pleased.

About this poem

There is within us the person we are happiest with, that me, that I, that is the real you, often only known by you.
