Analysis of Silence
Hello, sadness, my friend.
I’ve come to talk with you again,
Because tears, softly dripping.
My heart is bleeding as i am sleeping.
You planted confusion in my brain.
I tried to forget you, but you still remain,
in restless dreams. I walked alone,
through narrow streets of cobblestone.
I turned my collar to the cold and damp,
Am I living to fade away in sorrows?
I laughed hard outside to prove am calm,
but, yet am cold to my bone marrow.
How long will I love this killing silence!
I tried to talk but blood filled my mouth,
who knows, this breath is my last.
I will be walking through the clouds.
People talking without speaking,
People hearing without listening,
People walking without moving,
People wanting the truth without changing.
You do not know,
Silence, like a cancer, grows.
Hear my words that I might teach you,
Take my arms that I might reach you”
But my words like silent raindrops fell,
And echoed in the wells of silence.
Saying, what do you need to be well?
I am walking on a ground that is endless
And the people bowed and prayed.
To the carved god they made,
And the sign flashed out its warning.
Silence whispers it trials of fate.
