Analysis of Not by Works
Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)
If my deeds are not complete
How can I ever find my seat?
To rest with You but not alone
To sit with You upon Your throne
My enemies laying in defeat
As You placed them under my feet
We know that this is what’s in store
For those whose hope by faith is sure
Father send the Bridegroom to let us in
So, the wedding feast of the Lamb may begin!
