Analysis of SPEAK OF THE DEVIL

mad hippie poet 1974 (new jersey)

Do not smoke, and put on your seatbelt if you care to speak of the truth which you found inside the bottle of other people's lives and dreams. some travel by land, while others travel by sea to try to hold a conversation while constantly looking down at their phone and I find great danger looking at the ground at least I'm great with reading lips and feeling the vibration of sound

Ask for forgiveness for all the things that you stole and hid deep down within your pockets while playing the great game of pretend the more you hide and seek the more the devil will speak and God will just point his finger and like a bobblehead doll shake his judging head saying not even I the almighty can believe the words that you just fucking said
