Analysis of Fly or Walk Away
Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)
You don’t have to eat the fruit, it’s a treat!
But you must produce fruit so that others may eat!
The fruit of the Spirit is a gift from God!
Your faith and your hope never sparing the rod!
The Lord rebukes all of those that He loves!
But His Spirit remains on you, like wings on a dove!
He won’t take them away from you because of your crimes!
But you can walk away; many do in the last times.
You don’t have to fly because He gave you legs too.
The decision my friend is all up to you.
If you remain in Him; you will hear His voice.
It comes down to one thing; it’s a matter of choice!
