Analysis of An angel hath passed closely by

Not a long long time ago
Although I never called their name
An angel had passed closely by
His name perhaps the same
A chance he laid a blessing here
A feather drowned in the snow
That was melted by the rain and sun
So far down below
Now then they looked at me
 with their wisened eyes
And surprise upon their face
For my inner eye quite naked
Yet it seemed they saw my face
As I looked upon the sky he brought
Though he now upon the tops
I felt his love quite crisply
And know it never stops
For the flashes before my eyes in a way
Were brighter than the sun that day
For in their revelation
A memory did they lay
It said: 'This is your proof right here
That there is light in the dark'
and I will follow everything you hear
My love in every spark
So the times that you feel faded
Or empty in your soul
I will be here in your mind
With gentle words to console
And when the sadness comes for you
I will stand up strong
And shine Gods light like mirrors
Until again, your soul feels whole
