Analysis of Eternal Glory
Richard Newton Sherrer 1951 (Easton)
So we will never lose heart,
Though we are wasting away;
His Word that we impart,
Being renewed day by day.
This fugitive affliction,
Prepares a weighted glory;
Beyond all comparison,
In knowing the true story.
As we look not to the things
That is physically seen;
Faith shines a light as it brings,
Of the things that are unseen.
Things we see are temporal,
For they are just transient;
Unseen things are eternal,
To the faith as radiant.
