Analysis of Refuse to Sink
Refuse to sink, I’ll say it well, all that time for time does tell.
Like an anchor on a boat. Don’t drop it down. Remain afloat.
Stay strong! Never let them see you cry. It’s just for him- you know the reason why.
My daddy dear, I love you so. You taught me well, but please don’t go!
Shattered! Hearts are broken, but there’s still hope. Refuse to sink and stay afloat.
I love you daddy, I have all along. Through thick and thin, We’re “Padgett-Strong!”
So you refuse to sink and we will stay afloat. Because there’s still time and there’s still hope.
