Analysis of The church cleaners

The church cleaners are gentle
They polish with love and care
They listen for the angels
And pray to the spirits there
Pride and glory could explain
The motivation of
Why they do their work so plane
From the richest to the angry slob
Its not that the church is all they have
Its that they are a friend to God
And noone is seen as a slave
For doing a very good job
They dust the spiders from the Christ; Mary and Joseph too
And discus how giving generously is what
The church folk have learned to do
They always ask about family
And remember dates of birth
But what is miraculous to see is
When they recognise your worth
And it brings a tear to lonely eyes
That have been gone for so long
From their community of
Spring-like passion and song
As they hoover beneath the stained glass
And avoid the precious organ tuning
Wanting to die in the arms of the Lord is what they're truely yearning
