Analysis of Rare Moment

In that instant,
I knew
I wanted to hold on to it
Forever.
The way you looked,
The way you moved,
The way you spoke.

You were alive in your madness,
In love with the night.
I had never seen you like this before,
So passionate
And confident.
You were the embodiment
Of the night,
Dark,
Mysterious,
And alluring.
It was impossible
Not to be drawn to you.

As we stood there,
Lost in the moment,
I knew that this was a memory
I would always treasure.
It was a rare moment
Of perfection,
Two people connected
By something intangible
And powerful.
In that instant,
I knew that we would always
No matter where life took us.
