Analysis of FOUGHT TO BECOME KING
mad hippie poet 1974 (new jersey)
I had lived many lives before I came back to live this one. My soul kept taking on other life forms, telling me, soldier, you are not yet done. Plenty of battles will be fought, and more lessons will be learned and taught.
The smoke kept clearing over the years, and I was the soldier known to have no quit or fear, so they kept calling me back, not knowing that I was planning my attack to win this war that the kingdom knew nothing about.
The sun is starting to stick its head out of the clouds sending me a message through its rays saying your ancestors are proud because you are who everyone has been begging to call you may still wear your scars, but you are no longer a soldier. You have fought their battle to become their king
