Analysis of Please hold me

Emotions bigger than my body invade my heart, and my mind. Those three words I desperately never wanted to say again, almost come spilling out every time we’re together. You make my heart dance; my breath dares to quicken as your hand brushes against mine.

The softest touch sends me spiraling into a world of my imagination. When you look into my eyes, I can’t help but to look back, I’m captivated. Your eyes delve in mystery, promising the greatest love story. My breath gets caught in my throat when your lips come close, softly brushing against mine. A second that felt more like a lifetime went by, your lips seemingly perfectly untouched. Stuck in my mind, I dreamt of your lips. Just hoping I can steal one more kiss.

Stealing my heart, you were a thief in the night. Just as you were, the brightest star in the night sky. The moon shines extra bright tonight, as it does for you and I. The wind gives a low howl, kissing your hair softly, holding hands with the tree’s. A smile dances on your lips, spreading to your eyes.

Your smile sweeps the shadows away, shining brighter than the sun on the hottest day. His hands per-sue my every curve, not missing an inch of delicate skin. The stars dance in the night sky, thinking ever so often. The greatest dream I’ve ever had, started with me and continued with you. Hold me tight, don’t let go, for I fear that I open my eyes, and you’ll be gone.
