Analysis of A boy and his fireflies
Tiny footprints dancing in the sand
Chasing trailing lights under the luminous sky
Pixie lights sparkle in his little hands
Imagination flickers amongst his mind's eye
Firefly wishes reached the young boy's heart
Whispers of dreams that grew their own wings
A true visionary set apart
by his innocence, who's warmed by natures beautiful things

About this poem
I was watching my son play one night while he was chasing fireflies and it brought him such joy that I wanted to share.
