Analysis of Happiness

My happiness has been gone for a long time—longer than the life I have lived. The knives I have taken over the years have really bled me dry. Every day, I have wanted to die. My only temporary happiness, joy, and peace were from doing drugs and looking at the sky. Blah, blah, skip all of that. I’m here today; I’ve tried time after time; that’s not a lie. I gave up when I realized the pain that I’ve had my whole life would be transferred to someone with the highest importance in my life. Now that we're fast-forwarding again, I’m getting more happiness and joy, and I’m still looking for peace, but hopefully God will give that to me. The happiness that I feel today is something I have never felt before. I feel displaced because I have only felt pain. As insane as it sounds, the happiness I have today wasn’t just given to me; it was a blessing I never knew I would be My happiness has been gone for a long time—longer than the life I have lived. It brings me joy that I found the happiness that I have always strived for, and for that I’ll forever be thankful, as much as I am grateful. To the ones throughout my life who have pushed me forward, the one I am thankful for the most shows the greatest amounts of love. The support I have received has pushed me further than my own eyes could perceive. But to you, you’ll forever be my greatest ally, my biggest fortune, and the biggest process of happiness that was brought into my life. Thank you is all I can say.
