Analysis of More Precious than gold
You take it for granted ,
more often than not
abuse it and waste it
even foul it a lot.
But it's really a treasure
unseen by most
a necessity in life
by both parasite and host
Yet by mankind, plant,
animal, or any other life
it is needed day by day
just to survive.
You appreciate warmth
you know you need air
can't do without light
yet you misused this without care
Ask the farmer, he certainly knows
or people in the desserts which suffer the most
It is WATER .. we all need to survive
Let show some respect for it
or we won't be alive.

About this poem
I wrote this poem to remind us of the most precious thing in our life, water... something that we have taken for granted and we make it dirty.
