There was a teacher.
He taught us prayer.
His teachings made us stronger.
Made our love last longer.
Hold hands in prayer.
He's always there.
He was a kind of squirrel that shared his little hands and approached the humans
to teach the people how to love and look after the land.
Clever brave and cute so trusting he was to you yet so blue when his winter came and now he needs you to just be you.
So he thanks you for visiting his grave and knows what it meant to plant a tree where he lay down his message of life for you to visit one day.
