Analysis of Confident as ink
Heather Lydia Thornhill 1981 (Manchester)
I don't talk to many people.
I smile a lot.
Touch my face a lot.
Talk to my sister a lot.
Write a lot for a few years then become aloof and obtuse.
Write quickly then forget to carry the words in my heart.
But I always decided to remember this.
I'm confident. When I want to be.
(So when I use it, please accept me for who I am.) Angels hug me.
Plain as ink on light iphones and Samsungs.
A blessing in the night sky. Breaking curses. Reversing witches flying through my mind.
In need of words.
Uplift me!
Shine!
Live on!
Forgive me this lack of poetry.
Take centre stage.
Scene.
Now live it your way.
