Analysis of Moments of Joy

Oscar Auliq-Ice 1994 (Port Elizabeth)

Sunrise gleams, can you light my way?
This joy in my heart leads my every day
And at dusk, it sings like the lullabies so small
Oh my moments, moments

Feels like the world is dancing with me
Feels like my dreams have already come to be
I keep on climbing higher towards the sky
And I'm thrilled, so thrilled

If you're happy
You just gotta let it show
If you're elated, darling
You just gotta let it flow
All your moments worth cherishing
You just gotta let them grow
Whenever you see me, darling
Just come and say hello

Why does it seem
That the wind is always lifting me so high?
I can't help but to sway
Continuous dances, I love more and more
How long will these rhythms play?

If you're happy
You just gotta let it show
If you're elated, darling
You just gotta let it flow
All your moments worth cherishing
You just gotta let them grow
Whenever you see me, darling
Just come and say hello

Because I'll dance with you
You don't need a reason
Hooray!
