GREETINGS From Our Humble Abode, Our Petite Retreat,
Surfside Cottage, Almost 100 YRS. Old. Outside its CHEERY,
White & Bright & Greek Revival Too, Surrounded by Red
Berries of Pyracantha. But DO Not PICK, Because They’ll
Prick, With Long Thorns Well Hidden Too. Christmas LITES
BLINK Off & On Around the Balconies, & If You Look Across
the Street Long Beach Art Museum You’ll See, Palms are
Swaying To & Fro & El Nino’s On Its Way, But Come Inside
& You Will Find This  House is Old & Cold & Dark & Dank
Sending Shivers Thru & Thru, With Shelfs Of Rare Books,
Mystery,& Fantasy Too. For 42 Yrs, Al & Joe HUDDLED
By The Hearth to Keep From Shivering. See The
Ghosts Of Christmas Past Float by Smiling Back At You,
LILY,  FRENCH POODLE Would LikeTo Say,
Santa Claus is On His Way, So Be Of Good CHEER
Thruout the Year with  Health & Happiness Too .
