Analysis of Heather

1 Heather why is it we can’t be together
It appears that destiny is truly cruel
You have given me the grounds for a divorce
Yet I am still not certain it may be best
Although I feel that you might be my soul mate

2   I thought that she loved me
     At times I’m not certain
Of which path in life I should choose
When I think of what might have been
If I’d only followed the clues
But I had been blinded by love
And I was unable to see
      How unfaithful she was being
Because I thought that she loved me

P.s.You would probably do the same…

3   Being…
     Freedom is a word
     Some find hard to comprehend;
     They are not single…

P.s.Some say that, “Happiness is being…”

About this poem

From the dark years collection…The deck of cards are whittling away…thru and true…How ironic…Desperado was just playing on the radio…Oh well…
