Analysis of My Rainbow

Day after day all alone in the rain, I wish you were here to make the sun shine cause when you are away, all of my skies are stormy.
You are my rainbow after life's storms,
You are what I have to look for after the rain,
your eyes represent a clear sky when the rain stops,
and your smile represents the sun that is shining bright.
I am sad when you're away and my tears represent the rain that is falling.
But when you come back the sun will come out, and a beautiful rainbow will appear.
You are my rainbow!
                                   Love,
                                       Mommy
