Analysis of Comfort blanket
Held by the noose that I twisted together,
Strangulated yet comfortable,
Confidence loosens the yarn,
Discourage leaves marks round my neck.
Rained on by the cloud that I stood under
Saturated yet snug,
Curiosity beams light in,
Sorrow streams down my face.
Sickened by the nutrients I consume,
Poisoned yet brimming,
Desire feeds the hunger,
Anxiety mangles my gut.
