Analysis of Suckered

Bumped into a man claiming he was richest on earth
Apologetically asked him what he was worth
Turned to me and said he was more than I see
Would answer more questions over a cup of tea

Took him over to nearest diner
Waitress refused service immediately
Recognized him as a repeat con artist liar
Suckered people into buying him a cup of tea
