Analysis of Epiphany

Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)

The Lord is great; the Lord is good.
If only in Him stay I would:
Write the music; write the score
And sing it to those I adore.

Then when they hear
The “Voice of Truth”
They’ll shout and cry
And add more proof.

The “Voice of Truth” is power fool.
So, don’t just sit there on your stool!
Stand up and sing.
