Analysis of In the Cold of July
In the cold of July, under the starry night
you and i lost in a love sweet flight
tears fall like rain but it feels so right
as we dance in the soft moonlight
while staring at the bluish skies
autumn falls and it's cold as ice
but as i hold your hand our love ignites
waves crashing, midnights coming
i see you smilin', didn't know, it was our last goodbye
The memories of that cold July night
I seek in the soft moonlight
the tears we cried, that smile you have
As we said farewell, our love denied
Now i dance alone under the same starry night,
Where bluish skies no longer excites
The waves still crash, but I'm on my own
In the cold of July, I danced all alone.
