Analysis of In the Darkness

From side to side I roll. Like a water bottle, lost in a vehicles trunk. Swaying, back and forth at every turn, never fully staying in one place. Endlessly, searching the depths within the Darkness to find my peace, which then, comforts the body. Reaching and feeling for what I know must truly exist.

The Darkness around me plagues  my inhibitions. The constant hum, that of which resembles a small toy aircraft, soothes me in my midnight hour thus, compelling me into a  state of euphoric tranquility.

Within the Darkness I maneuver myself rambunctiously, as to how one would describe a raft, tied to a dock, on a stormy afternoon. Entangled in a state of displeasure, unleashing madness, which... in itself, was created from a blanket of lies.

The hands... they tick on as the Darkness slowly becomes light. Ultimately pressuring a situation  comprised of false hopes and misguided calculations.

Suddenly...without notice, like a thief in the night, the ever fading Darkness, that which created the madness, becomes light again. The peace in which had been sought,  through resetless motions and repetitive indecisiveness has weathered the storm, which..in the Darkness, disrupted the calm.

All became good, for I have conquered the Darkness, which had created unstable comfortablity, causing disruption and madness, thus only temporarily misinforming the mind and body.

At last. I can close my eyes, for my body is no longer fire, but it is that of a dry leaf on a chilly October day. I have battled the Darkness, and regained my peace. For I have searched and found...the cold side of my pillow.
