Analysis of Ashes in the Wind

             Ashes in the Wind
        By Nancy Rodriquez

We are ashes in the wind,
Hoping to find a better day ,
To reunite our love which will not bend ,
Even when tested come what may ,
There has been turmoil and great pain ,
On this journey we are on,
Forever we have been changed ,
Come back to where we belong ,
We are pushing forward in a positive way ,
We have gathered all of the pieces of our hearts ,
Turned skies sunny instead of gray ,
Clawed our path through with valor and strength ,
To reunite in a bright tomorrow ,
Forgetting the strain of past sorrow ,
This flame not being quenched at all ,
Our lives restarting after a crushing fall.
