Analysis of The Shiny

My only desire is
    To serve the Master.
       For where He leads,
          I follow.
       No questions.
  No excuses.
Just obedience.

Pressing down deep,
  There the shiny
     Glitters on the sea floor
        The Master spoke
           Pick up and carry
        For His Glory
     And my greatest good.

Moving downward,
   With all my strength,
       Taking the shiny
           Into the cheek
       Of my mouth
   I swam.
Not knowing where
   Nor knowing why
       I carried the shiny.

Days, weeks, months
       He leads,
           I follow.
        No questions.
   No excuses.
      Just obedience.
        When in the distance,
            Hanging suspended,
          I see
     A golden hook.
       The LORD speaks
       Clearly and concisely
    Take the hook for Me.
He leads,
                    I follow.
                 No questions.
            No excuses.
       Just obedience.
  Holding shiny firmly
     I swam full force
        Towards the hook
           With all my strength
              With all my life
             I obeyed the Master
           For His Glory,
       And my greatest good.

Notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up; and when thou hast opened his mouth, thou shalt find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them for me and thee. Matthew 17:27
