Analysis of Clenched Open

"At the mouth of grinning madness,
peering  through teeth  clenched in sadness.
Much too close to see those eyes.
Burning bright-- a truth disguised."

"Not to be struck by lightning twice,
but thrice for he who battles vice.
Such morose and bleeding cries,
still echo from that place.... inside."
