Analysis of To be a Marian

Darlings of Marians!
Awake,be awake!
To shoulder the name,
Never ceasing work!

Learn more to enjoy
Train to do your duty,
That Brings success,
To make parents happy.

Avoid  leathergy always,
Never ever complain,
Dream to activate
To become great!

Adorn obedience around your neck
Will enlighten your way to rock.
Believe in your self-esteem.
Try to lead perfectly your team.

Share and care are twofold.
To visualise the life cycles.
Grease to Track the wheels,
To reach destination tunes.
