Analysis of I Am A Survivor
They call me a survivor, a gladiator, a god dam wizard,
I have walked miles through the desolate Forrests,
Surrounded by nature’s breath,
The battles raging in my mind forever, I will win this war,
Stars shining through the broken branches of ageing trees,
The moon hiding its dark side and portraying a light that isn’t his,
Wolves howling to a false god.
Even the fat man that calls once a year can not judge me,
Sitting in his chair eating himself into a diabetic coma,
Who are you to judge me?
I am the King Kong of this planet full of chimps,
I will climb to the top of my insecurities and defeat the voices surrounding my head.
I take this back pack and hitchhike to a place in my past,
Where I shall Sit and dine with my demons,
Sharing my wine like the last super,
I will create a new memory,
The thief can no longer steal the pictures from my mind,
Trying to leave me with just a feeling of hatred but no recollection as to why!
They call me a survivor, a god dam wizard.
For I have created a world where I am no longer phased,
By the soul eating dementors that are my insecurities,
I am the moon’s light that will guide you,
It is mine,
If you are walking through the desolate trees,
know that it is my breath you feel and my light you see.
I will guide you,
For I am a survivor, I am a god dam wizard.
