Analysis of (someday)....When a love has gone

(SOMEDAY)....WHEN A LOVE HAS GONE

A slight look of fear creeps onto your face
I can read demise from sad, sad eyes
your eyelashes are moistening
from the corners of your eyes
tears will slowly grow
now, ashen faced, devoid of colour
closing eyelids tightly, then tighter still
a single teardrop emerges
the mouth flattens, downturning
losing that everyday smile
stomach sickens
head stoops, hiding face
and then you cry slowly
heavy breathing follows
you're openly cupping face
heaving with every intake of air
sobbing your heart out
trying to bear the terrible news
clasping or wringing hands
cautiously bending knees
sitting down timidly
at the edge of the seat offered
and the four walls seem to close in
you're staring, blankly, DEAD ahead
somehow, someplace, sometime
somewhere, all this will be you
someday....when a love has gone
