Analysis of Accepted
How your smile can illuminate
How brightly you shine
How easily purchased has been,
The lie behind the eyes,
Of the statue standing tall
Planted firmly in hypocrisy
How readily accepted,
To the bossoms of those,
Unknowingly drawn to the facade.
Believing you to be of the same feather
Like a duck hunter's decoy,
They race to your side.
An explosion cuts through the fog
As the last emotion caresses the ground
Silhouetted against my shame
The form of self proclaimed perfection can be seen
Now firmly planted in victory.
