Analysis of Become

Shadows dance
They laugh
The cloak sways
Wind rippling in the cloth
Starlight guides
The path broken

The shadows dance
They laugh
Fear fills as you stumble
Air is thick with hopelessness
Choke back the tears
Failure will not destroy you

The shadows dance
They laugh
Breath,
Stand up,
Run, run blind
Make the path
Be the starlight

The shadows dance
They laugh
Push through
Destroy the darkness
Destroy them
Your true potential become

Jillian Veitenheimer
