Analysis of Fake Bestfriend

When we met
We left behind the past
I thought I had found
A true friend at last
You were a great friend
You never told me lies
I could tell
Just by looking in your eyes
You lie to me now
I can read it on your face
My bestfriend
I shall now replace
You are a fake
I see it now
I never noticed before
I overlooked it somehow
I know everything you said
It was all a big lie
I think its time
We said goodbye
