Analysis of Footprints on Your Heart
In the quiet of sadness, my heart a wilting fruit
Your words cut slices off me, everything seems moot
Nothing I seem to do, pleases you anymore
Do I still keep trying? Or shall I walk out that door?
Star gazing, cloud dreaming
Breeze listening, streams glistening
Simple loves fading
In the cupcake of my hands
In my love's naive fashion
Burns a simple passion
To leave no sharp dart
Walking footprints on your heart
