Analysis of Leave Well Enough Alone
Today I got into a nervous trainwreck
Late across the board to every single event
Can I ever restore your trust and respect?
I just want to lay down and dispatch myself direct
You want me off your sidewalk, out of your way
I can hear demeaning laughter for the seventh time today
No one notices the things that I say
Not that I've got any of the answers
Anyway
There was one thing I wanted to let you know before I go
but it doesn't mean anything at all to you so:
I might as well leave well enough alone
This is a 'f*ck you'
No . . . f*ck you
No . . . f*ck you
String you up to the gallow pole
then stuff your body in the hole
I might as well leave well enough alone
