Analysis of Night Has Come

Night has come and sorrow strikes deep,
As family, friends and fans of the Hendrick Team weep.

Night has come and it is our time to pray,
As God returns His Angels to Heaven, not a race along the way.

Night has come and God's children lay down to sleep,
With prayers of a peaceful slumber and of their souls to keep.

Night has come and the world stands still,
With hopes that a brighter new day of peace is fulfilled.
