Analysis of No Explanation

The girl had just turned 14,
And her life was about to change.
Everyone seemed to ignore her,
For her future seemed out of range.

She planned how she would end it,
And she planned it out just right.
She found her father's locked up gun,
And decided tonight was the night.

She found the key in his room,
And she opened the cabinet door.
She decided life was something,
That she didn't want anymore.

She found the bullets,
And loaded the gun.
She pulled the trigger,
And her life was done.

As she was pulling the trigger,
Her life passed her by,
And she thought to herself,
I don't want to die.
