Analysis of Please Don't Talk - I Don't Want To Think

So I was doing a little thinking and I don't do it often,
cause the metal plate in my head starts this ringing in my ears
and the ringing in my ears starts these god-awful tears.
Then there are tears in my eyes and people ask why do you cry.
Then I have to explain there's a metal plate in my head
and there's ringing in my ears
and I also have a phobia; it is a fear of people you see.
I cannot stand when they talk to me.
It's because of you I got the shakes and I am weak in the knees.
I got a lump in my throat and I have to sneeze.
That is why I choose not to think.
I just sit here all day and sip from my drink.
There is a lesson to be learned here.
What it is I cannot say.
You will figure it out.
Just maybe not today
