Analysis of thank god for you

As I lay down at night
I'll thank god for you
When I awake to mornings light
The love I feel is true
I'll say you are so beautiful
You are the only one
I will tell you what you mean to me
But it never gets it done
How many times must I proclaim
This love I show each day
Before you realize
My hearts the toll that pays
I'm not sure of what to do
To show you true loves path
So I'll thank god for you
And suffer true loves wrath
