Analysis of The Entertainer
I sing I dance I tell funny stories
I've written of love life and wonderful glories
I've played on stage
And I've played in the streets
Sometimes I've played just to make ends meet
My talent a gift
A tool you might say
To show the audience a happier day
They've come to have fun relax and unwind
Take a small vacation for their mind
So here I am once again
To get your attention
Ladies and Gentlemen
Whether live on a stage
or at home in a book
The talent is there just take a look
I'm here for you to enjoy
Yes I'm here for
Little girl And little boy
