Analysis of The Unblossomed Rose

So secret and enclosed
Your soul stays dormant and unexposed
Like the bold of a beautiful rose
Your essence lives deep under the folds

Overshadowed by the open peddles of others
So dynamic and eccentric
Vanishing into the bush
None seeing how terrific or prolific

Emotionally timid to unfurl and bloom
You keep your feelings suppressed contained and consumed
Although your mind body and spirit are all in tuned
Your emotional insecurity is easy to conclude

Despite your potential
You hide your beauty and power
You're like the rose that hasn't opened
The un-blossomed flower.

Just here to let it out. I post older, and newer poems so you can tell my moods and feelings change quite a bit... more…
