Analysis of You'll Find Your True Love Someday...

you fantasize about a girl
who looks like a fallen angel you only see in fairytales
you see her everyday by the bay
you ask her how are you doing? and she says very well
you ask her if she wants to go out on a date
she says “yes i would, lets go the carnival”
you had a lot of fun smiling and laughing in the scorching summer sun
but when you saw her kissing another guy, the weather turned freezing cold

you found a gorgeous girl
who you thought was your true love
but how could you find it
when you never really grew up
its not really like how it is in the movies
cause relationships are hard
theres all of this push and pull, you're losing hope
cause you can't always find a way to mend your broken heart

you finally found a well rounded girl
who you thought you could marry
buy a house in the hamptons
raise some kids to start a family
but then she cheated on you
with some dead beat loser
you didn't wanna believe it at first
cause the truth hurts
