awaken
Drifting asleep, soon restored for the next day
Awakened from dreams that grant hope for the next page.
Chapters of our lives unfold before our very eyes,
experiences and treasures in our minds.
New accomplishment through the struggles and set backs set forth a period of unity.
Let that be the hope of the coming generations,
Let minds be awakened to peace and prosperity.
If I'm mistaken, and war rages on,
at least I could give a glimmer of hope in humanity
If I'm mistaken, prepare for a consequence.
Destruction, innocent lives lost.
War never brings a happy end.
If I'm correct, and I plea to God to be it so,
The world will finally be awakened to glorious restoration.
Abundance through peace, we shall be prosperous.
Future generations will lead through kindness, not dominance.
War will be just a fragment of the history that led us astray.
Decisions that can bring a world undivided,
hope for this miracle will always be our light of day.
I ask you this one question, who can bring this dream to reality?
The answer has been told, yet sadly forgotten by some.
The Prince of Peace, Messiah, our Savior, he can restore the hope of generations.
Blessed be His name who will bring light into this world.
Holy is He who will reign for everlasting peace.
Cherish life as precious and the generosity of the Lord shall bless you.
Forgiveness is what will be given to those that follow.
Awakened spirit will soar above.
Joyful tears, unshackled from our fears.
Gently you will be embraced by God's love.
Serenity we have finally found.
