Feelings of Loss

I truly couldn't say
What all feelings are in your heart
When you found out that loved one
Had to unwillingly depart

Feelings of loss and sadness, of course
But how strong they are inside
Are eluding my mind and eyes
But my heart and soul don't have that pride

They tell me that you loved him
With all of your heart and soul
And knowing that conception
