CLIMB AND MAINTAIN

Climb and Maintain!
I may not be where I want to be
But what I envision is not beyond my reach
What I am climbing towards, is building a legacy
What I am striving to maintain is my dynasty
As I climb that ladder, I will continue to pray
I will ask God to give me direction on path I should take
I will worship him and believe in his word to be able to maintain
It is my belief in him that I will be able to sustain
As I achieve what is meant for me, I will not allow his name to go in vain
With each step that I take, I will thank him along the way
Reason being it is because of him I will no longer complain
Every night and every day to him, I will continue to pray
And every Sunday will become worship day
