Tina
To see you is to learn
What beauty and simplicity means
To learn you is to know
From where stems the fountain of youth
Your long dark hair
Remind me of the fury
Unleashed by the mad sea
When huge black tidal waves
Strike ashore
And when you let them loose
To be caressed by the soft breeze
It seems
After a long time
Night has become young again.
The eyes as deep as ocean
Holding a mystery yet to be explored
Mesmerize anyone
Who dares to look into them
And when you close your eyes
Only to open them again
It seems to me
I have lived my life once
Your trembling rosy lips
Part slightly now and then
Revealing a string of white pearls
Tempting even the holy
To kiss and devour the sweetness
The twin petals have so delicately preserved
Even the moon shies away
When you smile
The thunder losses its fury
When you frown
A thousand flowers bloom
When you laugh
The sun losses its shine
When you get angry
Can’t describe one
Who defines beauty
Can only dare
To say
Bearing the essence of life
You are the dawn of a new era,
About this poem
What beauty of the beloved means...
