Dark Daze
Jean-Claude von Lichtenstein 1986 (Windsor)
What a beautiful disaster
Matter destroyed by a phenom
Sanitized with Jack Daniel's
Baptized with sqeezed lemons
There's some truth in jest
And information in zero
A victim that cries
To a dead silent hero
Oh karma please see me
With your all mighty eye
Give thanks to the heavens
And justice a sty
Takes one to know one
When push comes to shove
Dig a little bit deeper
And rise from above
The yang asked the djinn
For his perfect desire
Yins heart was removed
The devils always a liar
The gambler prays for good luck
And mercy in heaven
Kisses the dice and then rolls
Snake eyes or seven
About this poem
Quite deep. Personal experience and inside metaphors. Double edged swords and puns that are made to be [sic]. A bit negative in hopes of the positive effect of negative reinforcement. Shout out to Pavlov.
